Video content release

This Video Content Release (the “Release”) is between you and AmiLean (“we,” “us”). It applies to any video, photo, caption or post you submit to us through the Show Us Your Sweat form or send us to use in our marketing (“Your Content”).

You agree to this Release when you check the box on the submission form and submit. If you don’t agree, please don’t submit.

What you’re giving us permission to do

You give AmiLean a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, edit, crop, caption, add music, text or graphics to, and share Your Content, together with your name, social handle, voice and likeness as they appear in it.

We may use it in organic social media posts, reposts and stories, on our websites and product pages, in emails and texts, and in paid ads (see the paid ad section below).

We may share it with the agencies and tools that help us run our marketing, only for that purpose.

You keep ownership

Your Content stays yours. This Release is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You can keep using your own video however you like.

How long it lasts

This license lasts for two years from the date you submit. Posts we published during that time can stay up after it ends, but we won’t create new ones.

What you get

If we approve your video, you receive a one-time 15% off code by email. From time to time, the AmiLean team also picks favorite videos to win a free bottle.

That is the full reward for this Release. There is no other payment, fee or royalty, including when we use Your Content in ads.

Submitting doesn’t guarantee approval, a reward or that we’ll use Your Content.

What you confirm

• You are 18 or older and live in the United States.
• You made Your Content, and you have the right to give us this permission.
• Everyone who appears or can be heard in it is 18 or older and agreed to be in it and to this Release.
• It doesn’t use anyone else’s music, artwork, logos or content that you don’t have the rights to. Music added inside TikTok or Instagram stays on that platform, and we may remove or replace it.
• It shows your real, honest experience with AmiLean, and you don’t make medical, weight-loss or other health claims about it.
• You add #ad to your caption (or clearly say AmiLean rewarded you) so your followers know about the reward. We also love #TeamAmiLean and #ShowUsYourSweat.

Paid ads

Before we put your face or voice into a paid ad, we’ll email you a short ad release to review and sign electronically. We won’t run Your Content as a paid ad until you sign it.

If you change your mind

Email [email protected] and ask us to stop using Your Content. Within 30 days we’ll stop creating new posts and ads with it. Posts already published may stay up, and ads that are already running may finish their current run.

If you delete your post within 30 days of submitting, we may cancel an unused reward.

Other terms

We don’t have to use Your Content, and we may edit it for length or format. We aren’t responsible for comments other people leave on posts that include it.

This Release is part of the Show Us Your Sweat program rules and our terms of service. If a court finds part of it unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update this Release for future submissions. The version you agreed to keeps applying to what you already sent.
