Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of amilean.com and amilean.shop and any purchase you make from AmiLean (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent. AmiLean is a cosmetic product for external use only. Results vary, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Stop use if irritation occurs, and test on a small area first.

Subscribe & Save (automatic renewal)

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method $59.99 plus any applicable tax on the delivery schedule you choose (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks), starting on the day you subscribe, until you cancel. Each renewal ships free to the lower 48. We’ll email you before each renewal. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. If we change the subscription price, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel before it applies.

Shipping and refunds

Orders ship only to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. See our shipping policy and refund policy. All sales are final except for damaged or defective items.

If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

The AmiLean name, logo, site content and images belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the site means you accept them.
