I apply this right before my 30-minute incline treadmill walks. By the end, I break the biggest sweat of my workout, and my core skin feels incredibly tight.
“I was skeptical about topical workout lotions until I felt the heat activate about 10 minutes into my jog. Makes your skin feel super smooth post-shower.”
“After two kids, my stomach skin was feeling soft. Adding AmiLean to my morning routine before cardio made a huge difference in skin texture.”
