Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States. Orders with an address outside our shipping area can’t be completed at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, including every Subscribe & Save delivery.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are handed to USPS within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Subscription orders ship on the same schedule after each renewal.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us and we’ll help.
